There is one guarantee. It is worded the same way here, on the sales page, on the terms page, inside the protocol and in the emails — because a guarantee that changes wording between the page that sold it and the page that honours it is not a guarantee.
Read this before the detail below: Gumroad is the merchant of record for everything sold here. It took your payment and it is the rail the refund travels back down. The guarantee is ours, the decision is ours, and you never have to argue it with anyone but us — but the money itself moves through Gumroad, which is why one or two of the mechanics below name them.
Measure five numbers before you start. Measure the same five on day thirty. If not one of them improved, send me both sets — full refund plus $50 on top, inside 48 hours.
Two conditions: you measured, and you gave it thirty days. There is never a third.
These are the numbers the guarantee runs on. Five, recorded on day 0, day 15 and day 30. The tracking sheet that comes with the protocol has the columns already ruled.
If not one of the five moved in the right direction across thirty days, the guarantee applies. One of five is enough to fall outside it — but if only one moved and you think the protocol did nothing for you, write anyway and say so. The policy is a floor, not a ceiling.
The refund and the $50 are processed inside 48 hours of your email. The refund is issued through Gumroad and returns to the card you paid with; how long your bank then takes to show it is between you and your bank, usually five to ten days. The $50 is sent separately, by us, because it is not a refund of anything — it is compensation for thirty days you spent on something that did not work for you.
A refund does not revoke your files. You keep the protocol, the shopping list, the tracking sheet, and anything else on your order. Asking for the material back would only tell you that we did not expect it to work.
A doctor tells you to stop, you have an adverse reaction, or you find a condition that makes the protocol inappropriate — email and it is done. Full refund, no measurements required, no thirty days. Health first, and this is not a condition being waived so much as a different situation entirely.
Simpler, because it is seven days and seven dollars:
If nothing moves in seven days, email me, I send the $7 back, and you keep the guide. One condition, and it is the one the guide asks of you anyway — write the five numbers down before you start.
This section is a statement of the legal position, not a condition of the guarantee above.
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase without a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that it costs you the withdrawal right. That acknowledgement is taken at the Gumroad checkout, which is where the purchase is completed. So on a completed purchase here, the fourteen-day right has been used up at the moment of download.
What replaces it is the guarantee above, which runs for thirty days rather than fourteen and pays $50 more than the statutory right would. The guarantee asks you to measure; the statutory right did not. That is the trade, stated plainly so you can decide before you tick the box rather than after.
If you are considering one, email first. A refund takes a couple of days and costs you nothing; a chargeback takes months, and there is nothing it can get you that the guarantee does not already give you faster.
